Kid Space
For a city so full of life and urban renewal, Seattle offers precious few kid-friendly condominium options. Part of Hjärta’s commitment to the community is the creation of KidSpace. Still in its initial design stages, this interactive discovery room may feature climbing walls, educational play areas, or even a tree house hideout with secret rooms, rope swings and slides. KidSpace will provide every kid – residents and visitors alike – a great place to explore, learn and grow. Check back soon as KidSpace plans are finalized.

Community Room
This elegant common area features a well-equipped kitchen, fireplace, internet access and comfortable furniture. The room also opens to a private, inviting outdoor deck. Together it’s the perfect place to host old friends or meet new neighbors.

Yoga Room
A tranquil retreat from the everyday bustle that surrounds you, Hjärta’s private Yoga Room offers everything needed to bring your life into balance. Mats, straps, blocks and other accoutrements are available for resident use.

Spin Room
Not your typical exercise facility, the Hjärta Spin Room is the perfect place to unwind the day. Specially-designed spin bikes anchor the space, while free-weights and a stretching area help fill your fitness needs.
